What I do
Mindset performance coaching

There comes a moment when the senses ask
for more. More depth. More precision.
More sensitivity.
What once felt unfamiliar is remembered.
The rhythm of Lomi. The precision of Marma.
The quiet intelligence beneath conscious touch.
LoMar® is not only a collection of techniques.
It is a modality. A philosophy of conscious touch.
A living dialogue between flow and precision, intuition and structure.
For some, this work becomes more than a professional path. It becomes a calling.

The next LoMar Retreat is not a repetition. It is a deepening.
An opening into the more refined layers of the LoMar® modality
where flowing movement meets exact activation, where intuition
becomes clearer, and touch becomes increasingly intentional.
More Marmas. More advanced Lomi. A better understanding of how presence itself can create profound change.
Those who joined us in Morroco March 2026, already know the “language”
of LoMar®. You have felt what happens when the nervous system softens,
when the body no longer needs to defend itself and realised that touch is not only a technique.
We advance. Not by doing more — but by refining your intuitive sensitivity
and awareness – the quality of presence behind every movement.
This is also an invitation for for experienced practitioners, massage therapists, healers, and bodyworkers to expand your own way of working and move beyond memorised sequences and routine.
To move beyond technique alone and into touch that awakens, communicates safety to the nervous system and that allows the body to heal itself from within.
LoMar Advanced Retreat
And
for the hands that are ready to feel more.
Who This Is For
Held in the softness of Austria or Germany, The LoMar® Advanced Retreat
is designed for those ready to deepen their embodied practice within the modality.
This gathering is for practitioners who feel called:
- to refine their intuition
- to deepen their therapeutic presence
- to work with greater precision and fluidity
- to understand the body beyond its symptoms
- to cultivate touch that transforms from within
Not more information or techniques, simply, more embodiment, attunement and devotion to the art of LoMar®.

How We Learn
Learning here is purely and naturally experiential which is acquired through the through the intention of giving and receiving, repetition and awareness.
To start off with we focus on working compassionately
– how to be effective without effort and
– how to be present without losing yourself in “getting it right” or perfection.
Breath, intention, and inner posture become part of the work.
Not as techniques to apply, but as qualities that begin to emerge.
And somewhere along the way, something shifts.
A different kind of confidence begins to grow — one that is not based on performance,
but on feeling.
This is not only about learning a massage. It is about changing the way touch is understood because the requirement to let go and integrate is a quiet unfolding – a new way of be-ing.
This is where the healing process begins and what you experience here, does not stay here. This becoming moves with you — into your hands, your work and into your daily life.
Eight days to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect with the intelligence of your body.

FAQs
If you have any other questions we
have not adressed, your are welcome
to contact us.
What will I learn?
You’ll learn the foundations of the LoMar® Massage — its philosophy, flow, and energetic approach. This is a practical yet deeply experiential learning process. By the end of the week, you’ll be able to offer a range of new LoMar® techniques into your own style of somatic work – with clarity and confidence.
What is Somatic Work?
Somatic work is an embodied approach to healing and self-awareness. It works with the connection between body, mind, emotions, and the nervous system, helping you listen to your body’s signals and reconnect with its natural capacity for release, regulation, and integration.
Is this a training, a retreat or both?
It is both. There is a clear learning structure, with guided LoMar massage practice, body awareness, and integration. At the same time, the retreat setting allows space for rest, reflection, nourishment, and connection.
The intention is not to fill every moment, but to create a rhythm where learning can truly land in the body.
Will I have to massage and be massaged?
Yes, the learning happens through both giving and receiving. This is part of what makes the retreat so valuable. It allows participants to understand the work not only through the hands, but through their own body. Everything is guided with care, respect, and clear boundaries.
Is the retreat only for women?
The retreat is open to all people who feel genuinely drawn to this work and are willing to enter the space with respect, care, and sensitivity. Because the work involves touch, presence, and group learning, the atmosphere we create together matters deeply.
How do I know if this retreat is right for me?
This retreat is right for you if something in the language of touch, slowness, body awareness, and healing feels alive when you read about LoMar®.
How physically demanding is the retreat?
The retreat is gentle, but it is still an active learning experience. Participants will be standing, moving, giving/receiving massages. Everything is approached with awareness and respect for the body.
