This is about you.
A personalised LoMar session is shaped around your body, your rhythm, history and nervous system.
Your needs on the day.
There is no one-size-fits-all standardised sequence and where you “hope for the best.”
LoMar listens first and then communicates through touch.
Our mission is to challenge the status quo. To deliver somatic work that truly makes a difference that creates a lasting sense of well-being in your body.

1. Arrival + intention
Each session begins with a short conversation and a moment of connection.
We may speak about what is present in the body: past injuries, tension, fatigue, emotional heaviness, stress, pain, or sensitivity.
Our intention is not to diagnose or explain everything.
It is to understand the body’s current needs.
What is asking for attention today?
Where is the body holding?
What kind of touch would feel safe, useful, and supportive?
2. Somatic listening
Before anything is “done,” there is listening.
Through breath, presence, observation, and gentle contact, the session begins to sense how the body responds.
Some bodies need movement.
Some need quiet activation.
Some need grounding before depth.
Some need flow before precision.
This is where the personalised nature of LoMar® begins.
3. Lomi Lomi flow
The Lomi Lomi element brings long, rhythmic, wave-like touch.
This helps the body soften, warm, and open.
It supports circulation, nervous system regulation, muscular release, and a deeper sense of being held.
The flow may be broad and full-body, or slower and more contained — depending on what the body is ready to receive.
Lomi brings the wave of release and relaxation – creating trust.
It invites your system to exhale.
4. Marma Point precision
Once the body has softened, Marma work brings focus.
Specific points may be gently stimulated to support energetic balance, release tension, restore clarity, or bring awareness to areas that feel blocked, dull, overactive, or disconnected.
Marma is not about pressing harder.
It is about activating the vital points more accurately.
This is where LoMar® starts healing.
5. Integration
After flow and precision, the session slows.
There may be stillness, grounding touch, breath awareness, or quiet space for the body to absorb what has shifted.
Integration matters.
Because change does not only happen during the touch.
It happens in the moment after — when the body realizes it can relax
6. Closing + aftercare
The session closes gently.
There may be a short check-in, reflections, water, grounding, or simple aftercare suggestions — rest, warmth, movement, journaling, silence, or noticing how the body feels over the next day.
Just enough support for the work to keep unfolding.
